About Us

Hawk's Crawfish Restaurant is owned and operated by Anthony and Jennifer Arceneaux. This unique and very popular destination for the best boiled crawfish around has a rich tradition dating back to 1983. Click here to read about the history of Hawk's.

Nestled deep in the woods and off the beaten path awaits the best-boiled crawfish you will ever experience. Because of the special purge method of cleaning their crawfish, Hawk's has become known for having the cleanest crawfish on the planet. Once the crawfish have been purged, it's only the beginning. Expert Chefs Anthony and Jennifer have perfected the boiling method and the blend of cajun seasonings. If you'd prefer something else, Hawks has a full menu of items sure to satisfy. Be sure to leave room for Jennifer's signature bread pudding! Mon Dieu! You're in for a treat!

BOILED

Our expertly purged and boiled crawfish is a crowd-favorite. We also offer delicious boiled shrimp. Choose from mild or spicy and add on potatoes and corn.
